Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee that all houseplants are healthy at time of purchase. If you experience issues within 7 days of purchase, contact us immediately with photos.

Return Conditions

  • Plant shows signs of disease or pest infestation present at time of sale
  • Plant arrives damaged during delivery
  • Wrong plant species was provided
  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase

Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Issues resulting from improper care or watering
  • Damage from extreme temperatures or environmental stress
  • Natural leaf drop or seasonal changes
  • Issues reported after 7 days from purchase
